Grapes

Grapes are fruit that grow in clusters of small berries, ranging in color from green and red to black. They are rich in vitamins—such as Vitamin C and Vitamin K—and contain antioxidants known as flavonoids, which help promote heart health and protect against certain types of cancer. Grapes are consumed fresh and are also used to produce juice, raisins, and wine. Additionally, they can help improve blood circulation and alleviate constipation, thanks to their high fiber content.
